Q: Is my booking protected?
A: Yes. With Total Financial Protection, all aspects of your booking are 100% protected.
Q: How are Hotel Only Bookings protected?
A: All hotel bookings are fully protected. The option of transferring payment to another hotel booking will be offered where available, else you will receive a 100% refund.
Q: How are other types of booking such as Car Hire, Airport Parking, Transfers etc. protected?
A: All the holiday extras sold by flexi holidays are also fully protected. The option of transferring payment to an alternative booking will be offered where available, else you will receive a 100% refund.
Q: What happens if an airline or accommodation supplier fails whilst I am on holiday?
A: In all cases you are protected. You may continue your holiday in a equal quality accommodation. If the airline fails then either the CAA will fly you home (if it is an ATOL covered flight/holiday) or our insurance will buy you an equal quality flight home on low cost or scheduled airline bookings.
Q: Am I protected if Flexi Holidays becomes insolvent?
A: Yes. In this unlikely circumstance, your booking will be covered.
